VERTICAL SUBMERGED PUMPS

APPLICATION :

RANGE OF PRODUCT: .
"SEHRA" Pumps cover a range of capacities extending to 700 M.cu/hr. at 1450 rpm, and 300M.cu/hr_ at 2900 rpm. Head range upto 100 mtrs. Pump Suspension Depth upto 6 mtrs. Temperatures extend from -30°C to +180°C, depending on the material of construction.

DESIGN FEATURES:
"SEHRA" vertical pumps are centrifugal type of single stage with semi open impellers at bottom. Handling liquids, containing solids, have a tendency to polymerize or crystallize.
A special feature is easy of maintenance simple mounting arrangement, No foundation needed.

BASE PLATE
Standard supply of Base plate in mild steel.  If desired, Cladding of competitive material can be given.  Vapour proof sealing can be given as per operating conditions.

SHAFT COUPLING :
Design on the principle of muff.  Coupling with split rings to support the weight and reduce the run out to negligible value.  (Not applicable less than 1 Mtr. Pump S.D.)

FLUSHING
Self from casing discharge to all bearing bush in case of clear liquid and from external source by piping from base plate for handling liquids containing clogging material unaffected by mixing of flushing liquid.

JACKETED PUMPS
"SEHRA" vertical submerged pumps can be supplied with jacketed construction suitable for high temperature and pressure for handling liquids which solidify at ambient or above ambient temperatures.
